Perdana Parkcity is a proposed 439 acre township located in Mukim Batu, Kuala Lumpur. Divided into 26 development parcels, Parkcity will consist of condominiums, terrace houses, bungalow lots, commercial center, schools and a 20 acre central park.
Phase 1B of the Perdana Parkcity development, Nadia Park Homes & Condominium, consists of 165 units of terrace houses and a 2 block condominium. Within this gated community, the residents will share common landscaped open spaces and recreational facilities. The terrace houses, also known as Park Homes, front linear parks which converge into a large open, common garden.
Recreational facilities are located at the condominium area and are accessible to all residents within the development. Facilities included are swimming pool with pavilions, children's pool, playground, semi-private terraces, and koi pond.
The landscape approach emphasizes Parkcity's concept of open space integration using well-shaded walkways and bike paths to link all parcels to the central park. |
